While Waiting:

If you inadvertently placed a back-order or wish to make changes, you can:

  1. Modify Your Order: Review other products on our site. Place a new order and contact us immediately to refund your original order.
  2. Cancel Your Order: If your order has not shipped, we can cancel and refund it after confirming with the manufacturer. Email your cancellation request to support@blisswheels.com. Refunds for canceled back-orders will be processed within a minimum of 3 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

If your order has already shipped and you still wish to return it, please refer to our standard Return & Refund Policy for the return process and note that restocking fees may apply.

Unless we receive written instructions from you to modify or cancel your order before it ships, we will assume you wish to keep the order active. We will work diligently with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and provide updates on shipping and tracking information.
