Restrictions and Exclusions

To ensure fairness, our Price Match Guarantee includes the following conditions:

• Price matching does not apply to promotions such as rebates, buy one get one free offers, or similar deals.
• Items that are out of stock are not eligible for price matching.
• Price matches are not available for items listed on discounter or auction websites (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Overstock, etc.).
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product.
• The Price Match Guarantee applies to the total cost, including the item price, sales tax, and shipping charges.
• Price matches are not available for exchange orders.
