Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Damaged upon arrival.
  • In a non-working state.
  • Product never arrived (Bliss Wheels will verify).

Some items may be ineligible for return. If a product is not eligible for return, this will be clearly indicated on the product page description.

Important: If your item is damaged, non-working, or not received, notify us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and start the return process by contacting support@blisswheels.com. For all other returns, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

*Please note that all returns may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10%, which depends on the supplier and brand from which the product was purchased.

*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for the refund to be processed after your return is confirmed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@blisswheels.com.
