Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items, such as batteries, may not be eligible for return. If an item is ineligible, this will be clearly noted in the product description.
Damaged, Non-Working, or Missing Items
If your item is damaged, non-working, or not received, please report it within 7 days from the day of arrival to qualify for a return, replacement, or refund. If the item arrives damaged or is non-working, the customer is not responsible for any restocking fees. In the case where the item was never received, no restocking fee will be applied.
Initiating a Return
For all other returns, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@blisswheels.com with your order number and details. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which varies based on the supplier or brand of the item. However, restocking fees do not apply if the item arrives damaged, non-working, or was never received.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after your return is confirmed before reaching out to us regarding the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at support@blisswheels.com.
