Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-7 days after shipment. Every package leaving our warehouses is fully insured against loss or damage to provide peace of mind during transit.
Order Confirmation & Processing
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We begin processing immediately to confirm item availability. During high-demand periods, some items may be on backorder; if so, we’ll contact you with the option to keep the order or cancel for a full refund. For in-stock items, charges are processed, and the order is prepared for shipment. Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the order leaving our warehouse. Order Delivery & Signature Requirement
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified in advance. Please inspect your items for any visible damage upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage to support@blisswheels.com, and we’ll assist with a return or replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled without penalty if they haven’t been shipped. We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (or 24-72 hours). To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any potential return shipping fees or restocking charges. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return under our 30-day return policy.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee.
- Non-Damaged Returns: For returns not due to damage or defect, a restocking fee of 10% may apply, depending on the supplier or brand.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blisswheels.com with your order number and details. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Flat-Rate Shipping for Orders Under $99
For orders under $99, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95.
